Сопроводительное письмо
I am writing to express my strong interest in the People Operations Partner (AI & Automation) position at Flo Health. With a background in optimizing HR processes and a personal passion for leveraging automation tools like Zapier and Google Apps Script, I am excited by Flo's 'AI-first' approach to People Operations. I have consistently sought ways to replace manual, repetitive tasks with scalable systems, and I am eager to bring this mindset to a mission-driven company that impacts over 80 million users.
In my previous experience, I have managed complex employee lifecycles while maintaining high data integrity within HRIS platforms like HiBob. I am particularly drawn to this role's focus on rebuilding workflows for the age of AI, as I believe that the future of HR lies in the intersection of operational excellence and smart technology. I am confident that my technical skills in automation, combined with my understanding of Lithuanian employment requirements, will allow me to contribute immediately to Flo's ambitious growth goals.
