Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead global initiatives across multiple regions, with a strong focus on analytics-driven products within BEES ONE. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing complex projects, possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable but not mandatory.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working with data-oriented initiatives, and is motivated by delivering insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of multiple concurrent projects, from initial planning through execution and phased deliveries.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and consistent updates on project status, proactively identify and address critical issues, and ensure transparent communication across multiple teams and business areas.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key point of coordination between Product, Engineering, Data, and Design teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Drive quarterly planning cycles, defining project roadmaps, timelines, prioritization, and resource allocation using tools like Jira.
• Analytics Product Delivery: Oversee the development and delivery of analytics dashboards, ensuring alignment with business needs and enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and blockers, actively driving resolution and maintaining project momentum.
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize data and performance metrics to track progress and ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving project management processes, enhancing efficiency, and scaling best practices across the team.
• Support and Customer Service: Ensure delivered solutions meet internal customer needs, particularly supporting commercial and business teams with actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience managing multiple mid-sized technology or data-related projects in parallel, ideally within global or product-driven environments.
• Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory (advanced level preferred). Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with data/analytics environments is a strong plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and agile methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making processes.
• Attributes: Proactive, hands-on, highly communicative, and able to manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and blockers effectively.
