As a Regional Domain Manager for Driver Operations, you will own the rollout, execution, and performance of key programs across multiple markets, including Driver Acquisition, Engagement, Rewards & Loyalty, Quality, Onboarding, and Community.

You will operate at the intersection of global strategy and local execution — ensuring that central initiatives are effectively deployed, optimized, and scaled, while also feeding back structured insights to continuously improve programs. This is a hands-on role requiring strong ownership, operational rigor, and the ability to drive results across diverse markets.

• <point>Act as the bridge between central and local teams by surfacing regulatory risks, supply dynamics, and operational insights</point>

• <point>Collaborate closely with General Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution discipline</point>
• <point>Build and strengthen capabilities within local Driver Operations teams through coaching, best practice sharing, and structured problem-solving</point>
