As a Regional Domain Manager for Rider Operations, you will own the rollout, execution, and performance of key programs across multiple markets, including Airports, Venues, Categories, Scheduled Rides, B2G, and Rider Engagement.

You will operate at the intersection of global strategy and local execution — ensuring that central initiatives are effectively deployed, optimized, and scaled, while also feeding back structured insights to shape future improvements. This is a hands-on role for someone who can drive performance, manage complexity across markets, and bring clarity to ambiguous environments.

• <point>Act as the bridge between central and local teams by surfacing insights on regulatory risks, demand patterns, and operational challenges</point>
• <point>Contribute to program improvement by providing structured feedback and helping shape scalable frameworks and playbooks</point>
• <point>Collaborate closely with General Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, focus, and execution discipline</point>
• <point>Build and strengthen capabilities within local Rider Operations teams through best practice sharing and structured problem-solving</point>
