Regulatory Operations Lead - Engineering
I am writing to express my interest in the Regulatory Operations Lead position at IEM. With over 7 years of experience in technical program management and compliance execution within regulated manufacturing environments, I have developed a strong track record of driving operational excellence without losing sight of complex technical requirements. My background in coordinating multi-site manufacturing operations aligns perfectly with IEM’s scale and its reputation as the largest independent manufacturer of custom power distribution systems.
In my previous roles, I have successfully managed regulatory schedules and certification workflows, serving as the bridge between engineering, quality, and external laboratories. I am particularly drawn to this role because it focuses on the operational ownership of regulatory activities, allowing technical engineers to focus on standards while I ensure that milestones are met and risks are proactively mitigated. I am confident that my process-oriented approach and experience in building visual reporting dashboards will contribute significantly to IEM’s continued growth and operational efficiency.
