Сопроводительное письмо

I am writing to express my strong interest in the Regulatory Operations Lead position at IEM. With over 7 years of experience in technical program management and regulatory execution within the manufacturing sector, I have a proven track record of driving complex certification workflows and maintaining rigorous documentation standards across multi-site operations.

In my previous roles, I have successfully bridged the gap between engineering teams and external certification bodies, ensuring that product launches remain on schedule while technical experts focus on standards interpretation. I am particularly drawn to IEM’s legacy as the largest independent manufacturer of custom power distribution systems and am eager to apply my skills in process optimization and visual status reporting to support your continued growth in the North American market.

I am confident that my operational ownership mindset and experience with electrical manufacturing compliance will allow me to streamline IEM’s regulatory activities and provide the visibility needed for high-level decision-making. Thank you for your time and consideration.

  • Proficiency with common tracking, documentation, and reporting tools; experience building Dashboards or visual status reporting is a plus.
  • Clear, confident communicator across technical and non-technical teams

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in regulatory operations, compliance execution, or technical program management.
  • 5–8+ years of progressive experience owning regulatory operations, compliance execution or technical program management in a regulated environment.
  • Experience coordinating work across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external partners.
  • Experience working with certification bodies, test laboratories, or regulatory partners in an operational or coordination capacity is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations or complex product portfolios is a plus.
