As we continue to expand our footprint across EMEA, we are excited to add a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst to our growing team. This role is based in our vibrant London office (Hybrid – 3 days in office a week).
This role sits at the heart of theEMEA SS&A (Strategic Sales & Analytics)team, and we are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded analyst to support data-driven decision-making across pricing, promotions, trade investment, and portfolio strategy. This role plays a key part in driving sustainable and profitable growth by translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
As an RGM Analyst, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth across the EMEA region. You’ll partner closely with RGM leaders, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to analyse performance, optimise pricing and promotions, and identify opportunities to grow revenue, margin, and market share.

What You’ll Do
- Revenue analytics & reporting: Analyse sales, pricing, margin, and customer performance across EMEA.
- Performance insights: Track KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve revenue and profitability.
- Partner with leadership: Work with RGM and commercial teams to influence pricing, pack architecture, and promotional strategies.
- Pricing & promotion optimisation: Evaluate price positioning, promotional effectiveness, and competitor activity to support datadriven decisions.
- Forecasting & planning: Support revenue forecasting, scenario modelling, and long range planning to drive alignment across markets.
- Crossfunctional collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure insights translate into execution and impact.
- Knowledge sharing: Help standardise RGM reporting, tools, and best practices across EMEA to scale success.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 2–4 years in an analytical, commercial, RGM, category management, or finance role (consumer goods or retail a plus).
- Analytical mindset: Strong Excel skills and exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
- Commercial curiosity: Understanding of pricing, promotions, and revenue drivers — with a passion for improving business performance.
- Collaboration: Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills; able to influence crossfunctional teams.
- Detail & agility: Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fastmoving environment.
- Growth mindset: Proactive problem solver who thrives in a scaleup culture and seeks continuous improvement.
