About the Role:
- Act as the operational owner of one of our business lines, ensuring processes and systems run efficiently and scale effectively.
- Define, develop, and implement end-to-end commercial operations.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across commercial and cross-functional teams.
- Build tools, automations, and dashboards to optimize performance and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with executives and multiple business units, gaining high exposure across the organization.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Hands-on, proactive problem solver who takes ownership from diagnosis to solution.
- Detail-oriented, with a structured and solution-driven mindset.
- Experience with coding or automation tools (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Google Cloud environment, Make, n8n, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
