The Customer Success Team is responsible for delivering our product to our clients. This includes education, configuration, solution development, and risk strategy to enable our clients to address their pain points. We collaborate with our clients to ensure they have the right solution, build out a strategy and training plan for them, and then support them through each phase of our client lifecycle. You:

As a Risk & AI Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between our clients’ business needs and our technical implementation teams. You will work closely with financial institution stakeholders, project managers, data engineers, and operations personnel to ensure successful deployment, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Feedzai’s fraud detection solution. Your insights will drive continuous improvement in alert efficiency, investigative processes, and overall fraud risk posture. This includes but is not limited to identifying business needs, proposing business solutions, writing user stories, functional testing, and business user training.

You will work alongside Risk Consultants, Data Scientists, and other Business Analysts side-by-side with some of the world’s largest financial institutions and merchants to help them fight fraud and unlock the full value of Feedzai’s platform.

Your Day to Day:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis

+ - Conduct workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to document business requirements, fraud scenarios, and investigative workflows.

- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., BSA/AML, PSD2 SCA) into system specifications.

• Solution Design & Configuration

+ - Work hand-in-hand with the Solutions Architect to define a cohesive solution that solves the core client challenges aligned with product capabilities.

- Align with product to assess how complex client requirements can be met with our current product offering.

- Own data mapping & event flow definitionDrive data definition, mapping and validation.

• Implementation & Testing

+ - Develop detailed functional specifications for system configuration.

- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test scripts, and validate that the solution meets business needs.

• Stakeholder Communication & Training

+ - Prepare and deliver training sessions, user guides, and process documentation for client operations & technical teams.

- Act as liaison for change requests, enhancements, and production support escalations.

• Continuous Improvement
• + - Work collaboratively with Product to support improvements, requirements and documentation updates

- Work collaboratively with other internal teams to make the customer's journey feel seamless.

- Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and share best practices across account teams.

You Have & You Know-how:

• MSc or similar in Finance, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in fraud risk, business analysis, or operations within financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of fraud detection methodologies, risk analysis, alert management platforms, and investigative workflows.
• Proficiency with data querying tools (e.g., SQL) and analysis in Excel or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into clear specifications.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, with experience facilitating workshops and delivering client presentations.
• Customer facing experience.
• Experience writing detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.
