What We Offer
- Extremely lucrative pay and no limits: Reach 3,100 € monthly at 100 % of your targets, and go beyond! Your commission is uncapped, and your performance defines your pay.
- Don’t just learn by doing: In our structured coaching and training framework, you will learn how to do sales in all its variants: outbound and inbound, and even event-based prospecting.
- Create tangible impact: Help DACH’s 6th best-ranked start-up become number 1. Your work directly drives our success, and additionally, you meet the coolest brands out there (Holy, etc.)
- Your fast track to leadership: After a successful 6 months, become a full-time SDR with a clear 2-year leadership track or move into Business Development, Account Management, or Strategy.
- Enjoy true international exchange: Our SDR team spans more than 15 nationalities, all sitting in the same amazing office at Alexanderplatz in the centre of Berlin.
