🚀 Your Role at a Glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the team

  • You'll be joining our sales leadership team in our Berlin office - owning the full German go-to-market by building and leading a high-performing team of outbound BDRs and Account Executives.
  • Define and execute the Germany country strategy, setting short and medium-term plans that keep us ahead of the competition, drive revenue growth, and continuously raise the bar for the team.
  • Own the end-to-end sales funnel for Germany - ensuring BDR-generated leads convert to qualified opportunities, and that AEs are closing efficiently to hit country-level revenue targets.
  • Hire, develop, and coach BDRs and AEs to become experts in articulating our value proposition to the German market, with an understanding of local buyer behaviour and business culture.
  • Motivate and support your team to exceed their monthly and quarterly targets, creating a culture of accountability, ambition, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the strategic bridge between the BDR and AE units, driving tight alignment on handoff processes, pipeline quality, and shared revenue goals.
  • Partner with Enablement to onboard new joiners effectively and deliver targeted training initiatives tailored to the nuances of selling in the German market.
  • Act as the voice of Germany at the leadership level - identifying market-specific opportunities for improvement across sales operations and partnering with executive leadership to streamline and scale processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure the German market is well-supported and that local insights inform global strategy.

🔨 What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You're fluent in English and German.
  • You’ve got 1-3 years of proven experience leading outbound sales teams (the results speak for themselves).
  • You've consistently exceeded targets both as an individual contributor and as a manager.
  • You genuinely enjoy coaching and developing ramping reps and watching them hit their stride.
  • You’ve survived (and thrived!) in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
  • People are your superpower: You have the emotional intelligence and ability to lead, genuinely motivate, and keep top talent engaged.
  • You're an analytical problem-solver who uses data, not guesswork, to make autonomous decisions.
  • Experience of Solution Selling and/or MEDDICC methodologies.

Our headquarters operates a hybrid model. The number of in-office days depends on your team, but the majority of teams and our SLT are typically in 3-4 days per week, giving you valuable exposure to senior leadership.

Home to around 30 employees, our brand-new London office also runs on a hybrid model. You’ll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.
