Job overview

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst/Tester, you will analyze organizational needs and design technology-integrated processes and systems. Your main responsibilities include assessing current business operations, identifying customer requirements, and defining future-state solutions that align with organizational goals. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to optimize business models for efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and supporting agile development projects on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires expertise in requirements gathering, functional testing, and adapting to project demands, with a focus on agile development and process optimization. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to driving innovation through technology and process improvement are essential.

Here's what you need

• General understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
• 1+ years of experience supporting requirements gathering and functional testing for agile development projects in ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) OR Customer Service Management (CSM) experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Bonus points if you have

• Certified Scrum Master

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$69,200—$124,200 USD
