Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist with a proven track record of achieving sales results in the automotive sector. You will be an expert at developing strategic customer relationships, closing deals, and representing a premium brand. In this role, you will drive the success of the sales strategy and contribute to Lucid Motors’ growth goals.
What you will do:
- Build strong relationships with clients and manage key accounts for long-term success.
- Leverage your established network to identify new opportunities and close business deals.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve efficiency.
- Ensure the seamless progression of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide valuable insights into the premium EV market and apply these trends to your sales strategy.

- You have 5-8 years of experience in an automotive sales role.
- You have an existing network of contacts that you can leverage to create business opportunities.
- You possess advanced negotiation skills and can successfully close deals.

- You are a self-starter with a systematic and structured approach to prospecting and sales activities.
