Sales Hub is how scaling businesses turn leads into revenue. We empower sales teams to prospect smarter, build stronger relationships, and close deals faster - all within HubSpot’s unified customer platform.

We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead net-new AI initiatives within Sales Hub, focused on helping our customers grow through agentic AI that not only assists but actually gets meaningful work done. This role is to go beyond incremental AI features and define how AI agents become trusted, revenue-driving teammates inside Sales Hub.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the vision for Agentic AI in Sales Hub: Define what great looks like when AI doesn’t just assist sellers, but proactively executes workflows that drive revenue growth.
  • Identify high-impact net-new opportunities: Spot whitespace where AI agents can unlock step-function improvements in rep productivity, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes.
  • Build 0→1 AI-native experiences: Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch intelligent systems that act on behalf of users — from autonomous prospecting workflows to deal coaching agents.
  • Partner deeply across HubSpot: Collaborate with AI platform teams, data science, UX, engineering, and go-to-market to ship differentiated, scalable capabilities.
  • Shape responsible AI experiences: Balance automation with transparency, control, quality and trust so customers feel confident delegating meaningful work to AI.

As a member of the Product Management organization at HubSpot, you'll:

  • Immerse yourself in a product-led culture that prioritizes the customer experience and embraces impactful decision-making
  • Shape and drive a forward-thinking product strategy, crafting solutions that empower SMBs through seamless, consumer-grade experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with UX and Engineering to deliver powerful yet simple products, always ensuring a focus on customer needs.
  • Be part of a culture that values growth, embraces challenges, and fosters a low-bureaucracy environment.
  • Contribute feedback to help us continuously improve and evolve, acknowledging that while we're not perfect, we're committed to building a better future for our team and customers.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Define and champion a long-term strategic vision and roadmap for a significant product area, influencing the overall direction and success of the product line and aligning it with company objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment and drive strategic initiatives across multiple teams and departments, setting ambitious goals and fostering a deep understanding and motivation to achieve them, particularly with senior stakeholders.
  • Strategically guide complex, high-impact product initiatives from conception through successful launch and ongoing iteration, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends through proactive engagement and research, leveraging insights to shape product strategy and drive innovation.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis and market intelligence to identify significant opportunities for customer experience improvement, formulate comprehensive strategic plans, and collaborate with executive stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that drive substantial business growth.

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:

$216,200—$345,900 USD
