Own the Aylesbury territory for the UK’s largest multi-beverage supplier, Carlsberg Britvic. You will drive product availability and sales performance for iconic brands like Pepsi MAX and Carlsberg across major retailers. This role combines data-driven insights with relationship building to deliver measurable commercial impact and 100% coverage across your dedicated patch.

Location: Aylesbury, UK

What you will do:

• Execute 100% visit coverage to influence product visibility, compliance, and stock availability across major retailers and convenience stores.
• Use a dedicated iPad-based app to record real-time field data, ensuring 100% accuracy for client reporting and actionable insights.
• Build influential relationships with in-store stakeholders to secure incremental displays, resolve stock issues, and ensure promotional compliance.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses a full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle with valid business insurance (Class 1).
• Demonstrates previous experience in field marketing, merchandising, or FMCG retail environments with a results-oriented mindset.
• Exhibits strong organizational and digital skills, comfortable using mobile reporting applications and navigating complex journey planning.
