Benefits Analyst
I am writing to express my strong interest in the Benefits Analyst position at CarGurus. With over five years of experience in U.S. benefits administration, specifically within fast-paced technology environments, I have developed a deep expertise in managing complex health and welfare programs, 401(k) plans, and leave of absence cases. My background aligns perfectly with your need for a professional who can independently own benefits responsibilities while ensuring compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA regulations.
In my previous roles, I have successfully managed end-to-end leave and accommodation processes, partnering closely with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure seamless execution. I am confident that my analytical skills and proficiency with Workday will allow me to contribute effectively to your team and help optimize the benefits offerings that support your 'Gurus'.
