職務概要

急成長中の当社フードデリバリープラットフォームを利用するフランチャイズチェーン、レストラングループ、法人顧客の開拓・獲得・管理を担当します。

日本文化への深い理解、優れたB2B交渉スキル、そしてプラットフォーム産業への情熱を持つバイリンガル営業のプロフェッショナルに最適なポジションです。

主な業務内容

• 日本国内の主要フードフランチャイズ、レストランチェーン、法人パートナーの特定と優先順位付け
• 意思決定権者（本社フランチャイズ担当者、経営者など）との関係構築および維持
• 潜在顧客への営業プレゼンテーション・製品デモの提供
• 長期的価値を重視した条件交渉およびパートナー契約の締結
• 他部署との連携によるフランチャイズ・オンボーディングの最適化
• 競合他社の分析および市場動向調査による進出戦略の調整

必須スキル・資格

• 経営学、マーケティング、または関連分野の学士学位
• 韓国語および日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力
• 食品・テクノロジーまたは関連分野での3年以上のB2B営業経験
• 日本のビジネスマナーおよび交渉スタイルに関する深い理解
• Salesforce、HubSpotなどのCRMツールの活用スキル
• 高度な営業プレゼンテーション能力と自主的な商談推進力

• 優れた異文化コミュニケーションおよび対人関係能力

• 日本の外食サービス業界での勤務・販売経験
• フードデリバリー、POS、レストランSaaSプラットフォームでの勤務経験
• 日本のフランチャイズまたはF&B分野での人脈・ネットワークをお持ちの方
• 新市場での製品・サービスの立ち上げや拡張経験
• スタートアップや急成長するテック企業での勤務経験
