THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Data Analytics Managerin our Partner Data & SSU area in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.
As a Manager of the Partner Data team at Wellhub, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy. You will lead a team of Data Analysts to build robust data models and deliver insights that directly optimize Wellhub’s global partnership objectives. We are looking for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about using emerging technologies to scale a data-driven culture. This role isn't just about managing data - it’s about translating complex information into the strategic initiatives that powers our partnerships.
YOUR IMPACT
- Data Strategy: partner with department leaders to define KPIs and ensure data initiatives directly support business objectives;
- Data Governance: maintain high standards for data documentation and quality within the specific business domain;
- Pipeline Management: oversee the end-to-end delivery of localized data products, ensuring data is clean, modeled and ready for non-data experts;
- People Management: evaluate priorities to efficiently balance resources and develop data specialists according to the team needs;
- Process Optimization: identify and automate manual workflows to improve team efficiency and data reliability;
- Stakeholder Enablement: act as the primary technical point of contact for the business unit, translating complex data requirements into actionable insights;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: sync with the central Data teams to ensure local data models align with Wellhub’s global data architecture.

WHO YOU ARE
- Academic background in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business or related fields;
- Previous experience in people management, large datasets, product management and data visualization tools (eg. Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, Looker, etc);
- Proven expertise in SQL and Python, developing data models and analysis;
- Fluent/Advanced English (mandatory for global collaboration);
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously;
- Ability to act as a Product Manager (PM) for the team;
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely;
- Machine learning knowledge is a plus;
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
