What You'll Do:

• Lead and Inspire: Coach, develop, and guide multiple IT development teams, fostering a culture of autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure Quality Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality software products that meet business goals and customer needs.
• Boost Team Performance: Increase team velocity by setting up personal development plans, facilitating knowledge sharing, and promoting technical growth.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with other Engineering Managers, Software Architects, Product Owners and Director of Engineering to define and execute a long-term Tech & Product vision and strategy.
• Simplify and Scale: Simplify our complex technical legacy systems and support our growth from a startup mentality to a mature, scalable organization.

Who you are:

• Proven Leadership: Several years of experience managing and steering Agile teams of 5+ engineers.
• Technical Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or significant hands-on development experience with a solid track record of career growth.
• Agile Mindset: Strong background in Agile methodologies, with knowledge of coding in multiple languages (hands-on coding is not required for this role!).
• Team Development: Demonstrated success in line management, nurturing high-performing teams, and enabling both personal and professional growth.
• Global Perspective: Experience in an international environment, with the ability to communicate effectively on both technical and non-technical topics.
• Managing 3-5 high-performing, autonomous teams to drive increased velocity and deliver results.
• Attracting and hiring top talent to build strong, dynamic engineering teams
• Delivering high-quality software solutions with a focus on continuous improvement
• Scaling our tech infrastructure by leveraging SaaS, cloud-native technologies, and simplifying legacy systems to support growth.
