We are looking for an empathetic, product-focused Engineering Manager to lead and grow our Reporting team in Warsaw. The Reporting team is focused on helping leaders bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution for the world’s largest organizations. Your team accomplishes this by owning high-impact experiences that make key metrics available through native visualizations and 3rd party integrations, and by experimenting with AI-driven interfaces that move reporting from static data to proactive intelligence. In your role, you will be instrumental in balancing deep platform investments with rapid product delivery, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence, and ensuring your engineers are closely connected to the needs of our customers. You will play a key role in defining the team’s long-term roadmap, mentoring your group of engineers, and partnering cross-functionally to conceive and deliver delightful products.

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.

Our employees in Poland are employed under a contract of employment.

What you’ll achieve:

  • Manage a team of 6-8 talented engineers
  • Develop team rituals that lead to great outcomes & an inclusive culture for all team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, design, user research and data science on both large new features and daily, small product enhancements
  • Guide the articulation and execution of the team’s future roadmap and ensure the team’s work ties back into high-level business goals
  • Coach engineers in their technical and professional development
  • Work and learn alongside great peer managers with a strong sense of team

About you:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years experience managing a technical team
  • Demonstrated ability to grow engineers of various levels
  • Experience with and enthusiasm for working closely with product managers and designers to build delightful products
  • Equipped with the intelligence, empathy, integrity, and technical chops required to quickly earn the trust of a technically astute team
  • Biased towards action, with an emphasis on shipping early and often.
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 31,167 - 50,417 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
