What are the job responsibilities?

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospice Executive Director to lead our agency in its mission to provide exceptional hospice care services. The Executive Director will be directly responsible for the clinical operations of this branch as well as the strategic and innovative growth plan. This role will assume responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the hospice program, including clinical operations, staff management, regulatory compliance, financial management, and community relations/business development. The candidate will be open to traveling as necessary within the patient care area, and any other duties as assigned by leadership.

What do you need?

Cadre Hospice is looking for a strong hospice leader who brings passion, drive and a track record of rapid growth.

• You might be a Registered Nurse (RN) with hospice case management/leadership OR
• You might have a clinical background in another discipline with hospice/home care leadership experience OR
• You might have a strong sales background leading multi-discipline teams through start-up or high-growth situations
• Clean driving record, and valid driver’s license and auto insurance
