About the Role:
Are you a proactive organiser with a passion for collaboration and creativity? We’re looking for a New Business Senior Executive to join our high-performing New Business Team at PHD UK. Sitting at the heart of the agency, our team partners with senior leaders and colleagues across PHD and Omnicom Media Group to shape and win exciting new opportunities.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our growth and visibility in the industry. You’ll be involved in managing pitch processes, create compelling materials, and collaborate across teams to deliver standout work.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate pitch activities, from reviewing briefs to organising meetings and preparing materials.
- Support the creation of pitch content, videos, and assets—working with internal teams and external partners.
- Gather and analyse competitive insights to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
- Maintain and update credentials, case studies, and pitch resources.
- Track budgets and manage pitch documentation across platforms.
- Report on new business performance and support smooth transitions from pitch to onboarding.

Flexible Working
At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
