Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What you’ll do:
- Organize, clean, and combine structured and unstructured data from a variety of different sources and identify data quality improvements
- Partner with Finance and People Operations teams to develop and manage processes within the headcount tracking and management that aid in workforce forecasts with various stakeholders
- Lead, evaluate, and manage all People related systems and tools in order to enable the team to work at optimal operational efficiency
- Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and presentation of data to develop visually compelling and informative reports and dashboards
- Execute current people analytics deliverables along with innovating for future efficiency
- Supports other People related programs or ad hoc requests
What you need:
- 5+ years of experience supporting Data Analytics
- Strong understanding of People data and the employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), engagement, employee listening, learning and development etc.)
- Experience in data visualization tools
- Experience translating analytic insights into actionable recommendations for Archer’s People team and broader leadership team
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Excels in problem solving, critical thinking, and systems thinking
- Strong writer and verbal communicator to internal and external audiences, with proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
- Self-starter and fast learner, especially in ambiguity; you’ll need to define your own role at times and fill in gaps wherever needed
Bonus/Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in related HR disciplines (compensation, recruiting, benefits, or compliance)
- Project Management certification
- Proficient with Greenhouse, Tableau, and various People Systems
