<title>About the role</title>

The People Data Analyst plays a key role in enabling smart, data-driven decisions across Bolt by combining people data, analytical modelling, and business insight to deliver actionable recommendations.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of people operations, data science, and business strategy — ideal for someone passionate about turning data into meaningful stories that shape the employee experience.

You will be part of a small but highly skilled People Analytics team, collaborating closely with the People & Workplace function, business leaders, and central Data teams to build scalable analytics, dashboards, and insights that guide decisions across the entire employee lifecycle.

• <point>Design and maintain Looker dashboards and reports to support self-service analytics.</point>

• <point>Identify data quality issues, propose remedies, and strengthen trust in people data.</point>
• <point>Provide deep-dive analyses and insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.</point>
