Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and working in an international environment. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing candidates across multiple roles and markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage
Conduct sourcing and direct search (LinkedIn, databases, referrals)
Perform initial screening interviews
Present shortlisted candidates to the internal team
Support candidates throughout the hiring process
Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions
Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (agency experience is a plus)
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
Fluent Russian and strong English
Based in Europe (Poland / Serbia preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
Proactive, organized, and result-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech / trading / crypto / iGaming / tech hiring
Experience working with international clients
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
