To support the swift adoption of the marketplace model and actively contribute to our growth, Mirakl is actively seeking a dynamic, innovative, and team-focused Senior Account Executive to expand our success in both B2B and new verticals. Joining our sales team in our Paris office offers a thrilling chance to carve out a new market and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of B2B eCommerce. Your goal will be to boost revenue and encourage the adoption of the marketplace model among leading global companies.
Your Impact:
The right candidate will have a track record of forging and nurturing relationships with senior-level contacts. These connections should open doors for deploying the Mirakl solution and gaining deeper, strategic market insights. Your persistence and meticulous attention to detail will be key to thriving in this role. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably with a strong understanding of e-commerce, and a desire to contribute to its continued evolution.
We are looking for a sales experts who possess a strategic mindset, are adept at conceptual and solution selling, and can generate momentum in large, multifaceted organisations. We value candidates who approach the sales process with passion, consistently aiming to maximise opportunities and achieve remarkable results. A background in enterprise software sales is crucial, equipping you to quickly adapt and build a robust pipeline. Your success will hinge on your ability to meet and surpass quota targets through diligent execution of a territory plan.
What you will do at Mirakl:
- Define a sales strategy to meet quarterly objectives set by the Management
- Target new clients in line with the company’s strategy in order to meet the strategic and operational objectives aligned to the geographical perimeter that you will be working within.
- Establish solid relationships with role players at the highest levels of an organization, particularly within the VP, EVP, and C-suite
- Manage the entire sales process from the contact point to the signature of the contract and aid with technical, legal and financial aspects.
- Manage time and territory to maximize velocity and penetration with businesses
- Contribute to developing Mirakl’s network and public visibility to expand it's reach in the marketplace
- Effectively manage prospect/client expectation
- Secure new business opportunities by acquiring new client accounts.
What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate:
- An extensive experience in sales experience, including in the software industry (SAAS and Ecommerce is ideal) or, selling software increasing companies performances such as CRM, e-Commerce, ERP, Supply chain.
- Proven track record of successfully closing complex, high-value deals
- Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends
- Comfortable with conceptual selling while still able to demonstrate ROI
- Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over-achievement
- Excellent verbal/written skills in both German & English is necessary
- Bachelor or Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification in Sales
