Reporting to the Associate Director, GTM Strategy & Partnerships, this role will drive the execution and scaling of Spring Health’s go-to-market partnerships by translating strategy into operational plans. This is a full-time, remote (U.S.-based) position that partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Client Success. Travel of approximately 10–20% is required for partner meetings, internal offsites, and key launch moments.
What you’ll do:
- Own the day-to-day execution of strategic GTM partnerships, including launch planning, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Client Success to ensure successful partnership launches and ongoing optimization
- Develop and maintain core GTM and enablement materials such as pitch decks, FAQs, ROI summaries, internal playbooks, and training resources
- Track partnership performance metrics, analyze results, and deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure seamless execution and strong partner outcomes
- Support strategic growth initiatives by building business cases, memos, and executive-ready materials
- Improve operational processes to increase efficiency and clarity across cross-functional teams
- Partner with Sales and go-to-market teams to drive adoption and effectiveness of partnership enablement materials
What success looks like:
- Partnerships and GTM initiatives are launched on time and meet defined milestones
- Strong adoption of enablement materials across Sales and partner-facing teams
- Clear and consistent reporting on partnership performance with actionable insights
- Improved cross-functional coordination, resulting in fewer escalations and faster execution
- Contribution to pipeline growth, employer opt-in rates, and partnership-driven revenue
What you’ll bring:
- 4–7 years of experience in GTM strategy, partnerships, business operations, management consulting, or a related field
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating executive-facing materials
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable execution plans
- Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and ability to operate effectively in ambiguity
- Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
Nice to have:
- Experience in digital health, benefits, or healthcare partnerships
- Exposure to payer, PEO, or channel-based go-to-market models
- Experience building dashboards or analyzing partnership performance metrics
- Experience supporting enterprise Sales or channel enablement initiatives
The target base salary range for this position is $106,400 - $131,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Databaseat minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
