Remote-first opportunity for an experienced recruiter who wants to hire at the intersection of fintech, crypto, and Web3.

Mercuryo is a fast-growing fintech company building the bridge between traditional finance and decentralized finance. Since launching in 2018, the company has partnered with brands like Visa, Mastercard, MetaMask, Trust Wallet, and Ledger, serving millions of users globally.

This is a high-impact role for a recruiter who enjoys complex hiring, senior stakeholder management, and building world-class talent pipelines in fast-moving global markets.

What you’ll do:

— Own full-cycle recruitment across international markets, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding

— Lead hiring for senior, Head, and Director-level roles

— Partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and C-level stakeholders on hiring strategy

— Build strong candidate pipelines through headhunting, networking, and community sourcing

— Use data and recruitment insights to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes

— Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process

— Leverage AI tools in sourcing, outreach, candidate assessment, and pipeline management

— 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

— Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities for competitive talent markets

— Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions

— Data-driven mindset with ATS / HR tools experience

— Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote-first environment

— English proficiency at C1+

— Hands-on experience in fintech and/or crypto

— Strong communication and relationship-building skills
