This exciting opportunity would be working on the US markets which means you can expect regular travel to meet your clients face to face over in the USA! Your hours of work will be suited to your business, meaning due to the time difference your core hours would be 12noon-9pm Monday - Thursday and Fridays 8.30am - 4pm.

About the Role

• Making calls to existing and prospective Amoria Group clients
• Meeting with key stakeholders to develop relationships
• Negotiating to secure new business
• Working in partnership with clients to scope out project requirements
• Offering tailored solutions including Time & Materials and Work Packages.
• Researching projects and pipeline within your industry
• Advising clients on the best way to overcome their project challenges
• Making a meaningful impact on global businesses, their projects and successes - and on the broader societal change those projects drive.

What We're Looking For

• A proven recruitment professional with a strong track record of billing and exceeding targets, we are growing our successful teams and looking for experienced Senior Consultants, Managing Consultants & Principal Consultants to join the team!
• Business development experience and a hunger to grow your client base
• Resilience, self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
