Job Description:
Join Katalyze AI as the operational core of our executive function, working directly with CEO Reza Farahani. This high-impact role blends strategy, operations, and customer success, where you will own enterprise relationships with global pharma giants like Sanofi. You will drive automation initiatives and lead cross-functional projects to scale life-saving drug production efficiency by 10–100x.
Location: San Francisco, USA

What you will do:
- Own and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise pharmaceutical partners, managing QBRs and driving account expansions.
- Spearhead internal automation initiatives using tools like Zapier or n8n to eliminate operational friction and scale company output.
- Lead the executive cadence by managing OKRs, preparing board materials, and coordinating cross-functional priorities across engineering and sales.
The ideal candidate:
- 3–5 years of high-performance experience in management consulting, investment banking, or operations at a high-growth Series A–C startup.
- Exceptional executive presence with a proven track record of managing and growing complex B2B or enterprise client relationships.
- Highly analytical and systems-oriented mindset with the ability to build lightweight internal tooling and thrive in ambiguous environments.
