Clearance Requirement

Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility required at time of application.

Due to contract requirements, candidates must possess an active TS clearance and be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access. Eligibility means you have an SCI or have had one in the past.

Location & Work Environment

All roles support programs located in Washington, D.C.

Work requirements vary by program:

• Some roles require five (5) days per week onsite
• Some roles offer hybrid flexibility, based on customer and contract requirements

Work schedule expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Salary ranges vary by role, level, and experience. The projected annual base salary ranges are:

• Sr. Network Engineer III (Routing & Switching): $207,000 – $320,000
• Sr. Network Engineer III (Security): $207,000 – $320,000
• Sr. Network Engineer III (Unified Communications): $230,000 – $342,000
• Sr. Network Engineer III (Wireless): $230,000 – $320,000

• Sr. Cellular / RF Engineer II: $170,000 – $340,000
• Sr. Database Engineer I (Postgres): $170,000 – $239,000
• Sr. Information Systems Security Manager II: $207,000 – $285,000
• Sr. Technical Project Manager: $147,000 – $239,000

• Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer (CSfC Specialist) II: $184,000 – $315,000
• Sr. Information Systems Security Engineer II: $184,000 – $287,000
• Sr. Security Control Assessor II: $184,000 – $250,000
• Sr. Telecommunications Design Engineer III: $170,000 – $230,000

• Sr. Identity & Access Management Engineer I: $170,000 – $201,000
• Sr. Systems Integrator III: $170,000 – $230,000

• Sr. Cross-Platform Mobile Developer I: $170,000 – $216,000
• Sr. Data Engineer I (Splunk): $170,000 – $239,000

Compensation is determined based on role alignment, experience, clearance status, contract requirements, and internal equity considerations.
