Job Description:

As the Founding CTO, you will lead the technical vision and execution for a comprehensive pet care ecosystem. You will manage a distributed engineering team to launch a high-impact pet owner platform by March 2026, followed by a professional marketplace. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic architecture with rapid, 0-to-1 product delivery.

What you will do:

• Collaborate directly with the London-based CEO to translate business strategy into a robust technical roadmap and long-term platform health.

The ideal candidate:

• Bilingual leader fluent in English and Spanish with a proven track record of managing distributed technical teams in Latin America.
• Hands-on technical expert with experience in 0-to-1 consumer startup launches, specifically within mobile, web, or marketplace products.
• Pragmatic architect who excels at balancing rapid shipping of high-impact features with the management of technical debt in early-stage environments.
