Let’s start with the role

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth and compliant payroll processing. You will be overseeing payroll accuracy, ensuring compliance with labor laws, payroll and tax regulation and lead the official enrollment of the Company to the digital card system.

As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will:

• Own and manage the end-to-end payroll processing, including full employee lifecycle handling and payroll calendar oversight.
• Handle submissions to ERGANI II, EFKA, and year-end processes.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax, labor, social security regulations and the Company’s internal Policies and procedures.
• Manage the Company’s enrollment to the Digital Card System (pilot and official enrollment phases)
• Collaborate with Finance and external payroll providers for accurate reporting and reconciliations.
• Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead payroll audits and maintain strong internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Manage external payroll providers and act as the main point of contact for auditors, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, automations, and optimizations of payroll systems and workflows.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within a multinational setting.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Experience managing HRIS, payroll systems and shift management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with the Pylon and Optishift  systems is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English.
