As Senior Regional Payroll Advisor, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll for multiple countries, lead payroll projects and automation efforts.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Execute full-cycle payroll processing for a designated region, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws while supporting year-end processes, audits, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.</point>
• <point>Lead payroll projects and automation efforts to enhance the day-to-day operations and solve payroll complex issues with an innovative approach</point>
• <point>Generate and analyse payroll reports for internal stakeholders and management.</point>
• <point>Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.</point>
• <point>Utilise payroll platforms like Workday or SAP to process and manage payroll data efficiently.</point>
• <point>Acts as a buddy to newly hired members of the team and guide them throughout the first months.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

• <point>You have experience in DACH payroll in a global or multi-national environment.</point>
• <point>You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, including vlookups, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.</point>
• <point>You have prior experience with a major payroll platform such as Workday or SAP is a must.</point>
• <point>You have meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.</point>
• <point>You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.</point>
• <point>You have a proven track record of managing complex payroll functions and leading process improvements.</point>
