We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern (m/f/d) to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will work at the core of our Talent Acquisition operations, helping optimize the systems and processes that power our hiring efforts.

Your Tasks

• Support the day-to-day execution of the recruitment process across multiple roles.
• Assist with drafting and publishing job advertisements across job boards, ensuring consistent employer branding across all announcements.
• Help manage candidate pipelines and maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Review initial applications and support initial candidate outreach.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
• Contribute to a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all touch points.

Your Profile

• Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition; previous internship experience in the area is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional, candidate-centric approach.
• Proactive and hands-on mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and support the team where needed.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience working with an ATS system is a plus.
