THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Wellbeing Engagement Analystto our Wellbeing Engagement team in São Paulo!

This role will join our B2B2C team, responsible for implementing communication and engagement campaigns for our existing clients and launches.

As a WE Analyst in this position you will be expected to support planning of our mid market clients for regional clients and executing the actions planned, understanding client profile together with Sales, Client Success and Client Internal Communication department. This position will work closely with Sales and CS executives and our WE launch leader in Brazil. This is a great opportunity to join a passionate team, bring our launches to a next level of results and engagement, and to help Gympass to achieve our mission of making wellbeing universal!

YOUR IMPACT

  • Work very close with the planning, client success and partners team.
  • Direct support for the execution of actions for enterprise clients.
  • Responsible for enabling actions with partners: graphics, gyms, webinars, online and in-person classes, purchase of vouchers.
  • Create possibilities for new actions and formats to be applied as customer engagement actions.
  • Participation in projects to improve the stock portfolio.
  • Conducting webinars about Wellhub for existing clients.
  • Preparation and adaptation of materials for conducting sessions.
  • Responsible for updating the portfolio's budget.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Reside in São Paulo.
  • Availability to work from the office twice a week, as well as for team events, offsites, or client meetings.
  • Intermediary English.
  • Exceptional writing and speaking skills, comfortable leading webinars and public presentations.
  • A proactive "owner mentality" with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Highly resilient and adaptable to fast-changing scenarios and a high-growth environment.
  • Creative and agile in problem-solving for a diverse B2B2C client base.
  • A genuine passion for making wellbeing universal.
  • Google tools knowledge (Sheets and Slides) - Jira and Zoom (is a plus).
  • Previous experience working close to the HR area or with B2B2C events (is a plus).
