*Principle Accountabilities*
We are seeking a Campus Recruiter to lead and grow our university recruiting program for our South Brokerage Center. This role will serve as the primary driver of ITS Logistics’ campus recruiting strategy, building meaningful relationships with top universities and identifying high-potential early-career talent to fuel our continued growth.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Campus Recruiter will manage all aspects of the university hiring lifecycle – from building school partnerships and attending career fairs to interviewing candidates and extending offers. In addition to campus responsibilities, this role will provide support to the broader talent acquisition team on South Center recruiting efforts as capacity allows.
This is a high-energy, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on building pipelines, representing a brand on campus, and connecting talented students to life-changing career opportunities.
Campus Strategy & School Relationships
- Own and execute ITS Logistics' end-to-end campus recruiting strategy, including school selection, event planning, offer management, and intern-to-hire conversion programs.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and professional associations across target schools - including sponsorship, scholarship, and case competition opportunities to deepen ITS Logistics' presence with key academic programs.
Employer Brand & Presence
- Represent ITS Logistics at career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews, and networking events; maintain an active year-round presence on Handshake, LinkedIn, and campus social channels to engage student communities and serve as the face of the ITS brand to prospective early-career talent.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop compelling recruitment marketing materials and amplify the campus brand through digital and social channels, spotlighting intern and new graduate success stories.
Internship Program & Corporate Support
- Develop and manage a robust internship program, including onboarding, structured rotations, mentorship pairing, and end-of-program evaluations to drive full-time conversion.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to support full-cycle recruiting for other Brokerage positions during peak hiring periods or when campus volume allows.
Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report on campus recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, intern conversion rates, and cost-per-hire; use data to continuously refine school and event strategy.
*Position Requirements*
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, campus recruiting, HR, or a related field; experience managing a campus recruiting program preferred.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Handshake, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with university stakeholders and manage multiple concurrent hiring pipelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to student audiences, representing ITS Logistics at events.
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency; able to operate independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to plan and execute a full recruiting calendar across multiple schools and events simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to university campuses and recruiting events as needed, primarily during fall and spring recruiting seasons.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or brokerage is preferred but not required.

$40K base + Commission
