Сопроводительное письмо
I am writing to express my strong interest in the Employee Experience Manager + Internal Comms position at Seekr. With over five years of experience in People Operations and a specialized focus on the end-to-end employee lifecycle, I have a proven track record of designing scalable onboarding programs and engagement initiatives that resonate with both remote and onsite teams. My approach combines a 'white-glove' service mindset with the strategic use of automation and AI tools to enhance human connection rather than replace it.
At my previous roles, I successfully managed internal communications across platforms like Slack and Confluence, ensuring that complex organizational changes were communicated with clarity and empathy. I am particularly drawn to Seekr’s mission of building trustworthy and transparent AI, and I am eager to apply my skills in experience design to support a culture that values innovation and integrity. I look forward to the possibility of discussing how my background in building intentional employee journeys can contribute to Seekr’s continued growth.
