What will you do around here?

• Find and attract the world's best recruiters, for placement internally at our clients
• Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies
• Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
• Provide excellent candidate experience, partnering with the broader team for both top of funnel and full lifecycle support
• Schedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics in a timely and accurate manner

We'd love to chat with you if you have:

• 2-4 years of recruitment sourcing experience, in a fast-paced environment. Note: you don't need to have Rec2Rec experience!
• Strong sourcing skills, and expertise with Boolean
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated
