About the Role

We are looking for a Global Learning & Development Lead to help scale our Product & Technology organization across India, Europe, the US, and Australia.

This is not a traditional training role. You will build and scale the systems that help engineers, product managers, and leaders grow, ramp faster, and operate effectively in a global, distributed environment.

You will play a critical role in accelerating onboarding, strengthening leadership capability, and improving organizational effectiveness at scale.

This is a high-impact, global role with strong visibility and long-term growth potential.

What You Will Do

• Build global onboarding programs
• Design and scale structured onboarding for engineers, product managers, and leaders
• Improve ramp-up speed and early productivity
• Ensure consistent experience across regions
• Create scalable learning systems
• Build role-based learning paths
• Establish mentoring and coaching programs
• Create leadership development programs
• Support global organizational growth
• Help teams operate effectively across regions and cultures
• Strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Support integration of new teams and capabilities
• Deliver and facilitate learning
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and development programs
• Build async learning materials and frameworks
• Enable continuous learning culture
• Establish scalable foundations
• Build repeatable, structured learning infrastructure
• Track effectiveness and continuously improve programs

What We’re Looking For

• Required experience
• 6–10 years experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related roles
• Proven experience building learning programs from scratch
• Experience supporting engineering, product, or technical teams strongly preferred
• Experience in global or distributed organizations is a plus
• Core strengths
• Strong empathy and ability to build trust
• Builder mindset — you create systems, not just coordinate training
• Strong ownership and execution ability
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Highly organized and structured
• Able to influence without formal authority
