The Opportunity:
The objective of this role is to support and bridge ongoing change initiatives across the organization. The Organizational Change Consultant contributes to the overall success of how we plan for, implement and reinforce change, and helps the organization become more efficient and effective.
The Organizational Change Consultant enables their stakeholders by building strong professional relationships, maintaining a regular flow of communication, and providing encouragement and support through the change.
In this Role, you'll get to:
- Partner with stakeholders across departments and teams to plan and implement changes.
- Design and maintain feedback mechanisms, fostering an open environment for collecting input and concerns.
- Develop localized deployment plans, including workstreams, activities, and timelines.
- Together with stakeholders, analyze issues, identify risks, report them to management, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Assess change impact and readiness, and provide recommendations to help teams understand, accept, and adopt the change.
- Work with leaders and managers to communicate updates, address performance or change-related challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- At least 5 years of experience and strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong communication skills in English, conceptual ability and ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels
- Professional experience in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence to deal with people at all levels
- Eagerness to pitch new ideas, take initiatives, and look for opportunities for improvements
- Ability to multi-task and work with constant deadlines
- Collaborative approach to work across functions and levels across departments and ensure a productive work culture
- Ability to analyze business challenges with a data-driven approach and communicate actionable recommendations to business leaders
- Comfortable with uncertainty and experimentation
It's Great if you have:
- Procedural & product knowledge
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Kindly note that this is a Bangkok-based position, and relocation support will be provided.
