What will your day look like?
In this role, you will help keep our People processes running smoothly and contribute to improvement initiatives across our People Experience team and the employee journey. More specifically, your tasks include:
- Support onboarding/offboarding coordination and handle employee inquiries in collaboration with our People Operations and People Partner team
- Maintain data quality in our People systems (HRIS) and prepare People-related documents, letters and reports
- Support People Operations administration (e.g., municipalities, insurances, benefits, SIRI, etc.)
- Support longer-term People Experience projects (e.g., planning, stakeholder follow-ups, meetings, documentation, timelines, etc.)
- Gather and structure data to support People Partners with reporting and project insights
- Provide ad hoc support as needed as across our People Experience team
Who are you going to work with?
You will be part of our People Experience team of around 20 colleagues. While our headquarters are in Copenhagen, the People team is distributed across EMEA and the Americas, supporting a highly international organization with colleagues from many different backgrounds. As the business continues to develop, our ways of working and People processes evolve alongside it - so you can expect variety and plenty of opportunities to learn.
You’ll work closely with People Operations on day-to-day employee lifecycle activities and you’ll also support project-based development work across People Experience.
Our People Experience area includes People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance & Talent Development, People Operations and Events & Culture. We’re a social team that enjoys grabbing breakfast together and occasionally staying for after-work get-togethers.
What do you bring to the table?
You enjoy coordination and administrative work, take pride in doing things accurately and can manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. You are structured, proactive and comfortable handling confidential information with discretion. In addition, you are:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (People/HR focus), Organizational Psychology or a related field
- A clear interest in creating scalable People processes, administration, and ensuring an outstanding employee experience
- Scaling processes and making everything run smoothly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and willingness to learn People systems and tools quickly
- A self-starter mindset and eagerness to learn, take initiative and follow through
