People Partner - APJ

Based in Singapore, you will be the key link between global strategy and regional execution. As a People Partner, you will drive the employee lifecycle across the APJ region, balancing high-level stakeholder influence with operational excellence to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.

What your impact will be.

• Talent & Performance: Lead Quarterly Talent Reviews and coordinate Learning & Development programs to drive growth.
• Employee Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end processes, from seamless onboarding to complex separations and transition planning.
• Employee Relations (ER): Act as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution and grievances, handling sensitive matters with empathy and local compliance in mind.
• Regional Compliance & Mobility: Oversee APJ labor law adherence, international mobility, and immigration (work permits/renewals).
• Engagement & Diversity: Implement global Diversity Programs locally and track sentiment data to improve the employee experience.
• Operations: Partner with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate records and smooth regional people processes.

What you will bring.

• Experience:  HR relevant experience, specifically supporting APJ market (Singapore, Japan, Korea, or Australia is a plus).
• Skills: Strong grasp of regional labor practices, stakeholder management, and HRIS proficiency (e.g., Workday).
• Mindset: A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and embodies our values of Trust, Impact, and Diversity.

Note: We're looking for someone based in Singapore who is Singaporean/PR.
