Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Lafayette, CA (hybrid-3 days per week in office)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Compensation: $33.65-$36.06/hr + opportunities for a quarterly bonus
Reports to: Human Resources Manager

Our process begins with observations from which we design a comprehensive plan. It continues on as we teach our clients and their circle of support how to obtain positive, sustainable outcomes.
We are seeking a passionate Recruiter to join our HR team and help us continue to build a talented workforce across our multiple locations. This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you will manage every aspect of the hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
- Use ATS (Greenhouse) to track candidates and maintain thorough documentation.
- Source candidates through various platforms, including social media and Boolean searches.
- Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide updates to hiring managers.
- Organize New Hire Orientation and ensure all documentation is completed.
- Build relationships with colleges and universities, organize and attend career fairs, and engage in community outreach to expand the talent pool.
- Promote the company’s employer brand through social media and recruitment marketing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of HR regulations and employment law (HR Certification a plus).
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and Google Workspace.
- Proficient with Greenhouse Onboarding (Preferred)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a passion for building strong teams.
