Senior Manager, Vehicle Systems
I am writing to express my strong interest in the Senior Manager, Vehicle Systems position at Scout Motors. With over a decade of experience in automotive systems engineering and a deep expertise in the 'System V' development cycle, I am eager to contribute to the electrification of such an iconic American brand. My background in leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex vehicle platforms, combined with my technical proficiency in FuSa, ECU software stacks, and automotive communication protocols like CAN and Ethernet, aligns perfectly with the requirements of this role.
Throughout my career, I have focused on bridging the gap between high-level architecture and practical implementation, ensuring quality through 'shift-left' diagnostics and rigorous requirement management. I am particularly drawn to Scout Motors' entrepreneurial spirit and the unique challenge of developing both all-electric and Harvester™ range extender powertrains. I am confident that my experience with ALM/PLM tools and my passion for automating engineering workflows will help Scout Motors achieve its ambitious goals for the rugged SUV and truck marketplace.
