THE ROLEAs a Talent Sourcer at Everpure, your mission is to identify, engage, and qualify top talent to build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs. You will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers across multiple regions and time zones to define impactful sourcing strategies and map target markets. By driving the top of the candidate funnel, you will ensure an excellent candidate experience from the very first contact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including talent databases, referrals, and events. Through these channels, you will proactively identify, approach, and engage candidates in line with hiring priorities and diversity goals.
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand team context and translate job descriptions into clear candidate archetypes and target companies. You will collaborate globally to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and provide a consistent candidate experience.
- Take full ownership of the top of the funnel, including managing active applicants. You will conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess candidate interest, alignment, and basic qualifications.
- Create and maintain reusable market maps and well-tagged talent pools for critical, niche, and recurring roles. You will keep accurate data in our ATS/CRM while sharing regular pipeline updates, market insights, and competitor signals with stakeholders.
- Represent Everpure's employer brand professionally in all online presence and candidate interactions. You will continuously experiment with and adopt new sourcing techniques and AI-based solutions to increase efficiency and quality of hire.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Direct experience as a Sourcer, Talent Researcher, or Recruiter in either an agency or in-house environment. You possess a strong command of advanced Boolean search techniques across multiple platforms.
- The proven ability to source and engage passive candidates, particularly for niche or hard-to-fill roles. You are highly capable of identifying key skills required for each role and thoroughly assessing the strongest candidates.
- Hands-on experience operating ATS and/or CRM tools for effective pipeline management and reporting. You are a highly organized, data-minded professional who can comfortably manage multiple roles and priorities in parallel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to tailor messaging to different profiles, paired with the stakeholder management skills necessary to influence and educate your partners. You are comfortable working in a distributed global team and flexing your hours when needed to collaborate across time zones.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
