About the Role
We're looking for a talentedTalent Acquisition & University Relations Partner to join Wildlife's Talent Acquisition team!
As aTA & UR Partner, you’ll be a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, driving efforts to find, attract, and hire exceptional talent for the Operations team. Additionally, you will lead our University Recruiting efforts, managing the Internship Program end-to-end, ensuring we attract and develop top early-career talent. You’ll work closely with Hiring Managers and cross-functional partners to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while helping build a team that shapes the future of Wildlife Studios.

What you'll do
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Operations roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- University Recruiting: Own and drive Wildlife’s Internship Program, building relationships with universities, sourcing top early-career talent, and managing the program’s full lifecycle.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for business-critical positions.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job profiles, and align on recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive and professional experience for every candidate, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and feedback.
- Market Expertise: Stay current on recruiting trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure success and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Diversity Hiring: Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by developing strategies to attract talent from underrepresented groups.
What you'll need
- 3 or more years of experience in Recruiting;
- Experience managing or supporting University Recruiting and Internship Programs;
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition platforms;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and peers;
- Advanced English;
- Interest in Gaming is a plus.
